In an imaginative performance, choreographer Isabelle Schad, three dancers and a musician play with changing landscapes that unfold from the interaction with sticks and branches. What does a willow stick sound like? How does it lie in the hand? How do the large sticks differ from the small ones? Between the layering, positioning and bending of the sticks, twigs and branches and listening to the crackling and snapping in the silence, “Harvest” develops into an imaginative game with seemingly weightless magical creatures and other small wonders.

„Harvest“ wird im Rahmen der Moving Up: Konferenz für Tanz in der frühkindlichen kulturellen Bildung präsentiert. An diesen zwei Tagen wollen wir gemeinsam Impulse sammeln, reflektieren, zelebrieren und neue Wege erkunden, um Tanz als wichtigen Bestandteil der kulturellen Bildung zu stärken – nicht nur über Kinder, sondern mit ihnen!

„Moving Up" ist ein Projekt des Künstler*innenhaus Mousonturm zur Vorbereitung des "Zentrum Junger Tanz", gefördert durch die Crespo Foundation, in Kooperation mit dem Hessischen Staatsballett. LINK
