Class description
This class offers a space for practicing movement principles such as undulations, dynamics, and momentum. The training invites us to activate the whole body, involving the awareness of our own movement selves. The classes are sourced from culturally syncretic dance practices (South America and the Caribbean) while taking into account individuality in dance training. Dancers will exercise musicality, rhythms, and collectivity.

Level: Participation requires an intermediate level
