An element that can be found in every category in Ballroom. Be it poses inspired by fashion magazines, runway models or famous actresses. In Ballroom it is one of the basic elements of all three performance categories (Old Way / New Way / Fem), which are widely summarized as Voguing. The poses are inspired by breakdance, martial arts and Egyptian hieroglyphs or other performance arts such as gymnasts, circus artists and contortionists. Vogue Fem is inspired by round poses that embody a strong femininity. Sneakers are recommended for the workshop - high heels can also be brought for some sections.

If you have no Ballroom experience yet and still want to participate in the Posing and Runway Workshop, you should attend the Ballroom for Beginners Workshop beforehand.
