Movement is a playful field of discovery in which we work with the intelligence of the nervous system to move authentically, with ease and beyond our usual movement patterns. In an activation phase, the body is loosened and grounded and our awareness of the expressive possibilities of sensation is awakened. Improvisation in the form of guided movement research and movement games is a core element of this training, in which we will enjoy the process of working with our bodies and find a connection between the smallest and largest movements and ourselves and others.
