Antanzen is an open training format for adult non-professionals, who would like to get to know and try out various different dance styles and techniques – from classical ballet to contemporary dance. The program is designed for adults interested in experiencing dance for themselves, consciously training their bodies and delving into new approaches to movement.

No prior knowledge required. Maximum number of participants: 25 people. Please bring comfortable training clothes and socks or dance shoes. Outdoor/street shoes are not permitted in the ballet studio.
